House rental info...Graduation AND OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS?.R-Day, A-Day, Ring weekend .football weekends etc.. ($600per night)
Very neat and clean home.
The house is not large by today's standards so big groups are not doable. It is a 3 bedroom/3 bath. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the small bedroom has a twin...there is room for a twin inflatable in that room also. There is room in the downstairs family room for queen sleeping arrangements. We have three Frontgate inflatables....one...Twin and two queens....they inflate to the same size and height as a regular bed. Also, there are inflatable Aero Beds in a twin and queen size.
The maximum number of people is nine with your graduate being number 9 on graduation night. Privacy for 7-8.

There is a full bath with a walk in shower in the upstairs hall and down off of the laundry room there is a full bath with a shower. There is a powder room size bath attached to the largest bedroom. There is no tub in the house.

We are one mile to the West Point Thayer Gate which is huge for graduation. You can walk to Hacienda Restaurant in 2 minutes. The local grocery and Walgreens Pharmacy are less than half a mile.

Although we do have a pool, it is highly unlikely that the weather would cooperate in May to have it open.

The rent is $4700 for Grad week!
