About this space
Welcome to our peaceful in-law apartment with private entrace, just minutes from West Point. We originally designed this space for my mom?s future independence, and it has become a quiet, cozy guest retreat full of charm.

Andy & I live upstairs, so you may hear occasional muffled footsteps. Otherwise the apartment is very quiet.

You will have your own entrance, off-street parking for two cars, and a sunny three-season porch to relax. The apartment is filled with natural light and thoughtful touches, with mountain views and a calm neighborhood setting that feels like a true home base.

We host many West Point families for R-Day, A-Day, football weekends, Ring Weekend, and Graduation. It is a gentle place to land after busy days filled with ceremonies, photos, and time on post.

This is a completely private apartment with its own entrance and porch. Our very calm and friendly dog, Otis, lives with us in the main part of the house and does not enter the guest space. For the sake of guests with allergies, we keep the apartment pet-free and do not allow guest pets.
