Master (on the main floor) has a king bed and there are 2 bedrooms downstairs (ground level) with 3 queen size beds. There is also a study on the main floor with a full-size bed.
The house is open and bright with a great room, sun porch, kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, central AC and WIFI/cable TV. The downstairs has a second kitchen, plenty of entertaining space and walks out to a beautiful stone patio and in ground pool ? of course the not to be missed amazing river views.
No pets. No smoking. No parties (small friends/family gathering is fine).
Min 4 nights - Max 5 nights. 8 people maximum .
