LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION- this home is less than 1 mile to West Point back gate (Stoney Lonesome Rd) and about one mile to main Thayer Gate of USMA. Located right on gorgeous water fall of Roe Creek, with gorgeous deck overlooking it. It?s an easy walk down Mountain Ave. to downtown Highland Falls. Plenty of parking on street and off street parking for 2 compact or one large vehicle. 3 bedroom and 2 full bath. The entire top floor is a large Master with king bed. Room up there for two portable or floor mattresses if needed. Owner can provide upon request. Two smaller bedrooms on 2d floor have a queen bed and a double bed. Kitchen as pictured is still being remodeled, so please excuse the lack of trim and finish- Will update those pics when finished! The house does not have central air, but there is an AC unit on top floor if needed. We find the weather gorgeous in May (even chilly) so we find the house very comfortable? ceiling fans in all rooms and plenty of box fans here too. However- we do want to be clear there is no central air, so make your own judgment! We have never had a problem, but want full disclosure. Our daughter is a cadet and we will do everything we can to make your grad week special. We will have more chairs outside for you than pictured. If you have any questions, please email me.
