Single family home in Highland Falls, a half mile from Thayer Gate. We have window unit air conditioners for all three bedrooms and new large units for downstairs. Full kitchen with all the utensils and cooking supplies, laundry in cellar. On site charcoal grill and propane gas grill large shaded back deck with outdoor dining for 10 or a graduation party. Can be on post in a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.

Master bedroom: king sized bed
Two other bedrooms: Queen size beds (one per room)

There is a Queen pull out in the family room and a convertible twin futon and bed in the front living room. We also have a king sized air mattress if you?re really pressed for sleeping space! For the purposes of this listing I plan for two people per bedroom and one person on family room pull out and one person on living room pull out.
