We are a proud Army home. Our daughter is active duty.

25 minutes to the back Gate, Stony Lonesome Gate..., which is closer to Michie Stadium. Also close to Woodbury Commons. Our house sleeps 10+ (in beds) with 4 bedrooms & additional sleeping quarters in the finished basement. Air mattress' and sofa provides a few extra sleeping places if desired and at this point we do have an extra bed from college days which could be set up.
Formal Living room & family room with a fireplace. It has 2.5 baths, a front porch with porch swing, large backyard deck with a covered area, a beautiful salt water pool with a waterfall & mountain views.

We have lots of sitting areas inside and out.

Just off the kitchen is the large deck with a Weber grill and a separate Blackstone grill (flat top), large table that seats 8, and a small covered area with an outdoor sectional and a small fridge. We have a smart TV in the small outside nook. On the large pool patio you can enjoy the pool waterfall, a fire pit, pool side table, multiple lounge and Adirondack chairs. Basketball hoop on driveway & corn hole setup.

Inside is an new updated kitchen, all stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, kitchen table area, large buffet area with beverage fridge. There is a separate dining room, large family room, living room and half bath. Laundry closet is in the upstairs (second floor) hallway by the master bedroom on suite (which also has a private balcony) and 3 additional bedrooms. In the basement is an additional sleeping area with a full sized bed and rec room area with TV.

Sleeping arrangements: there are beds for 10, but other areas with couches or set up air mattresses. At this time we have an extra bed from college days which could also be set up in the basement.
